We had the honor of planning a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed Birthday Party for Zeph’s 1st birthday which took place at Wine and Roses Resort. This Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed birthday party had so many details, great vendors and a whole lot of fun. Zeph’s Mom and Dad called Fearon May Events with a theme and a budget in mind and let Fearon May Events handle the rest. At Fearon May Events we are all about the details and this party had so many special moments. From working with Wine and Roses to create a Disney themed menu, to stuffing gift bags full of Disneyland treats. We worked with Party Concierge to create some custom decor like the Disney castle on the stage, the Mickey Clubhouse arch for the entrance and the giant spinning Mickey Mouse head in the center of the room. Fearon May Events had an adorable black and white striped awning made to go over the dessert bar. We worked with Studio Sweets to make a one of a kind four tier Mickey Mouse themed cake. The dessert bar also had other Disney-themed treats like rice crispy treats, cake pops, chocolate covered Oreos and so much more.
Outside we created a mini carnival for the kids to play games and win prizes. It was our first experience with a balloon pinata, and it sure was fun! You pop the big balloon and the little balloons come down for the kids to pop which have a number in the balloon. The kids then go to the ticket booth and gets to take home the prize that goes with that number. For entertainment we had a magician come in and perform for the kids on the stage, a character artist to draw the kids portraits, a clown to paint faces and make balloon animals and a photographer to capture all the moments. As if a full dessert bar and crepe station wasn’t sweet enough we also had Rich’s Ice Cream cart serve ice cream in freshly made waffle cones and Harvey Donut’s on site to make hot mini donuts.
The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed birthday party was one of our favorite birthdays we have done, and we are grateful this client trusted us with their large budget to put on a celebration for their son. Toodles!
