Holland Ranch – San Luis Obispo

I came across the cutest property in a town that I just love! I went to school in San Luis Obispo and just love that area. I have so many close friends that still live down there and some that aren’t married yet. So this post is for you guys! Someone please get married here, I can’t wait to do a wedding here someday.

The ranch is nestled in the hills of San Luis Obispo and has a large barn that has a 50’s theme covered in neon and old tin signs. The ceremony site is adorable with a large wood arch and stage to get married on. The scenery around the property is stunning. With rocky mountains, fields of flowers and lots of greenery. There is even a small lake on the property, great for pictures.

Some Notes about the property

It can accommodate up to 400 guests, 500 is pushing it but can possibly be done.
If you have 100 guests or under restrooms are included. If you have over 100 guests you will need to rent restrooms.
There is a kitchen on site for catering. You do have to go off of a preferred catering list

The property comes with a big built-in BBQ pit
A large loft over the barn for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in
Tables and chairs for approx. 100 guests and 5 banquet tables for buffet, gifts, bar, place cards, etc.

There are people on hand throughout the whole event to direct in parking and help with any questions on the ranch.

You can party at the property until 12:00am, well music just has to be turned off at 12:00am, you don’t have to leave. Which is pretty awesome since most location kick you out at 11:00pm.

You can have your reception inside the barn or outside the barn depending on how many guests you have.

What an amazing property. Check out the picture below and see what I’m talking about. These photographers captured some amazing pictures out there. Enjoy!
